Just Peace Festival 2025 Aftermovie

Bringing together a city-wide story, this aftermovie for the Just Peace Festival 2025 captures a series of events that took place across The Hague. Created as part of my work for Holland Park Media, this was the largest project I’ve worked on to date.
 

The film combines a wide range of footage, from event moments and city visuals to personal perspectives, including testimonials and narration that guide the story throughout. By weaving together these different layers, the video reflects both the scale of the festival and the voices behind it.
 

At its core, the aftermovie highlights The Hague as the International City of Peace and Justice, not only through its institutions, but through the people, communities, and initiatives that actively contribute to it. From judges to activists, and from organizations to local residents, the film conveys a shared message: peace is something built together.
 

Through this narrative, the video invites reflection, encouraging viewers to consider their own role and the conversations they want to create in shaping a more peaceful city.
